Ms Ho explained the common legal issues regarding the Australian business immigration policy and overseas buyers purchasing Australian real estate at the Guangzhou Entrepreneur Sharing Conference on 18 October 2017.

SEH, HSBC, Ray White and Laiwei Group jointly held the Mid-Autumn Wine Appreciation and Overseas Investment Conference in Shenzhen on 23 September 2017. Ms Ho, analysed the impact of CRS joint reporting policies on overseas investment for interested parties. In addition, it was an honour to invite HSBC and the Laiwei Group to analyse the policy of opening a bank and the innovative investment method for wine investment for interested parties. Finally, Ray White, made recommendations on the latest Australian market.

SEH, HSBC and Ray White co-organised an Australian Investment Strategy seminar in Guangzhou on 8 July 2017. Ms Ho, Senior Australian Practicing Lawyer, was invited to explain the most popular immigration laws in Australia in 2017 as well as the common legal issues faced by overseas buyers when purchasing Australian real estate. In addition, it was a pleasure to invite HSBC to explain the policy of opening a bank account in Australia. Also, we invited Ray White, Australia's largest real estate group, to recommend Australia's best and latest selling properties.

The New South Wales Government held a commercial and investment immigration roadshow in Hong Kong on 15 June 2017. This event was for those who are interested in immigrating to Australia. The speakers explained Australia's latest immigration policies and opportunities for investment immigration in New South Wales. Ms Ho attended the event and was invited to be a special guest to analyse the opportunities for investment immigration in Australia.

EXHIBITION

We held an exhibition at the Westin Hotel in Guangzhou on 6 May 2017. This activity aimed to provide information about migration and investment in Australia. We had a great number of clients come to support our exhibition.

ROADSHOW

Our director, Ms Viola Ho was invited to be one of the guest speakers at a roadshow held by the New South Wales Government in Malaysia in May 2017. The roadshow was to introduce and explain the new policy of business and investment migration in Australia.
