We are working in association with Forward & Co. Lawyers, Hong Kong. Recently, we have formed a strategic alliance with the prestigious Chinese law firm Concord (see Gallery).
Spinks Elphick Ho is also a registered migration agent in Australia. We advise upon and prepare applications for temporary and permanent Australian visas in the areas of business migration, temporary and skilled workers, students and family and reunion visas.
We assist and represent clients in resolving both migration and visa issues and disputes. In this regard, we deal directly with the Commonwealth Department of Immigration and Border Protection (DIBP) and represent clients before the Commonwealth Administrative Decisions Tribunal (ADT), the Federal Courts and the High Court.
Our associated organisation SEH Education and Migration actively promotes migration to Australia. We have established offices in Hong Kong and China (Shenzhen and Guangzhou), to provide advice relating to education agency services and migration.

Karina completed her high school and university studies in Australia and worked as Assistant Financial Manager at Holiday Inn Sydney after her graduation from university. Since 2014, Karina has been appointed as Chief Executive Officer at SEH Consulting in Guangzhou, China.
Karina is a native speaker of both Mandarin and Cantonese and is proficient in English.
